iProperty Manager app for iPhone and iPad

iProperty Manager is for those who wish to manage their Apartment, Home, Generate work order,
Manage tenant and to Get complete Balance sheet. We have added localization also, so currency can be
changed from the settings section and it will be reflected in app across all figures. Access No. of Units,
Units Rented, No. of Work Orders, Cash flows directly from the home screen of the app.

App provides you the following functionalities

2. Assign Property as Unit / Apartment / Homes

3. Filter Property by Open Work Orders / Profitable / Losing / Rented or Vacant

4. Sort Property by Name / Cash Flow / Work Orders

7. Create Work Order

8. Assign work order against to one Property

9. Assign work order to someone

10. Let someone know that a work order has been assigned to him through an email.

11. Provide Job cost, Job Description, Job date for an Work Order

12. Filter work Order by Assigned or Unassigned

13. Sort work Order by Cost / Assigned To or Open Date

16. Check Balance Sheet for any Property for a specific Financial Year or between some dates

17. Create Tenant

18. Assign Tenant against any Property

19. Check History of Tenants for any Property

20. Filter Tenant by Late Payment / Payment on Time / Not Renting or Renting
